Game Day is right around the corner and if you are anything like us, the game itself is ancillary to the halftime show and the snacks being served.  While we love experimenting with new spins on classics, sometimes you just need the comfort of your favorite party food.  Fortunately for us, a member of our editorial team introduced us to Nik Sharma of the culinary blog, A Brown Table.  Nik is one of those guys loves food, so much so, that he left his pharmacology job to pursue being a pastry chef and food photographer as a full-time profession.  Nik’s approach to cooking is simple – good food made with the best possible ingredients, so he seemed like the perfect man to help us perfect one of our favorite game day snacks, pulled pork sliders with cole slaw.  We are pretty sure Nik’s version may be our new go-to!
